The distribution counter will be outside the entry gate of the Embassy of Hungary. Please plan your visit within the four-hour collection window.

Counter Location
The race kit distribution counter will be set up outside the entry gate of the Embassy.
Important Kit Instructions
- No kit distribution on race day morning.
- If you cannot collect your kit personally, you may authorize someone to collect it on your behalf.
- Kits for participants who opted for home delivery have already been dispatched.
- Home-delivery kits are expected to reach participants by 8 October.
Race Day Guidelines
Please report from 5:00 AM onwards. Arriving early will give you more time to park and walk to the assembly area.

Assembly Area Access
Walk to the assembly area at Tenzing Norgay Marg, which leads behind the Embassy of Hungary.
Please keep extra walking time in hand after parking. Security and parking restrictions apply in the diplomatic area.
Parking & Arrival
Parking is not allowed on Shanti Path or close to the Embassy. Carpooling or using a cab is strongly recommended.
Keep valuables out of sight
Do not leave valuables visible inside your vehicle. Keep them in the dashboard compartment or boot wherever possible.
Start Times
Be inside the assembly area well before your category start. Follow marshal and announcer instructions near the start line.
What to Expect
Prizes & Trophies
- Top 3 Male and Female finishers — overall fastest — in 10Km, 5.6Km and 2.3Km Kids Run will be felicitated.
- Net time / chip time will be used for ranking, not gross time or gun time.
Aid Stations & Route Support
- Three water stations: approximately 50 m, 1.15Km and 2.4Km.
- Aid stations will have first-aid, water, energy drink and race-related snacks.
- Km markers and volunteers will guide participants at every turn.
- The route is designed to be clean, green and traffic-free.
Facilities at Assembly Area
- Baggage / storage counter: do not keep valuables inside your bag.
- Write your name clearly on your bag for identification.
- Toilet van will be available near the assembly area.
Post-Run Activities
- Participants will receive a Finisher’s Medal.
- Timing Certificate will be available online.
- Post-run breakfast will be served to all participants in the assembly area.
